Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. if child is 2 years old is having cold you can give syrup allegra 5 ml 2 times in a day for 5 days along with that you should give steam inhalation and consult your doctor for a proper examination and guidance accordingly
