Q.

Mere breast milk nhi ban raha hai. one month complete ho gya hai aaj baby ko huye. me lactonic powder le rahi hun phir me boond boond milk hi bnta hai. I am very depressed.

A. hi mam ,first , please avoid taking stress ,as it can reduce your breastmilk supply. Mam , please don't give up. try to offer more and more breastfeeds. because the more your child takes feeds , the more milk is produced. massage your breasts with coconut oil which stimulate your milk glands and increase breastmilk supply
