Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomffort which can be relieved by medicine like colicaid /gastica drops. other reasons could be nasal blockage, ear pain, diaper rash and more which needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .

Hi See as of now you cannot give any medicine to the child as such will have to get a check with your doctor sometimes kids do Cry due to colic pain also so as of now you can give paracetamol to your child your child will sleep but do consult your paediatrician ones tomorrow for sure
