A. Offer fruits like pomegranate, apple, dates, prunes, kiwi, banana. Veggies like moringa leaves, Broccoli, Beet root, lufa, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable. it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
