my child has low blood and iron count

A. consult once Paedritician. give iron rich diet to your baby.. Pulses, such as baked beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, garbanzo beans, lentils, and peas are extremely good for your baby as they are rich in iron. Broccoli, Beet root, lufa, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable. Dried apricots, figs, raisins and prunes can be healthy finger food.
