mere Babu ko 3.5 month vaccination hua hai or isko fever hua hai jo av taj khatam nhi ho rha hai kya karu please help me

Continue with the paracetamol which you can repeat every six hours and if the fever doesn’t subside within 72 hours of the medication then you can connect with your doctor for further assistance but as of now you feel the fever is getting higher than also you can check with your doctor for further assistance
