mera weight bht kam hai,mujhe weakness zyada hai, main shatavari powder le sakti hun ya nhi??

A. dear mum , yes u can take. lekin wekness kai karan se ho sakti hai like nutritional deficiency , hormonal imbalance so it is good to consult doctor
