POOJA GOSWAMIMom of 2 children4 years agoA. To reduce post pregnancy weight, include fiber and protein rich foods and keep yourself well hydrated. Eat atleast 6 small meals and do not over eat. Limit intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and ready to eat foods. Do skin toning exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, swimming, breathing and Yogasnas. Drink warm jeera water first thing in the morning daily.
