AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. It might be due to teething. Please give homeopathic medicine bc12 to the baby. Also massage baby gums with clean cotton cloth. Keep on wiping the water coming out of the mouth and keep proper hygiene.
