mera beta 2 saal 6 mhine ka hai...pichle 1.5 mhine se usko bich bich me cold ho rha hai...cold,cough, fever...or cold me saans b chad rhi hai....3-4 bar doctors k pas b lekr gyi......unhone montair LC kid, multivitamins or valcium diya......abi 3 din phle se fir se cold ho gya....bhuuut preshan ho gyi hu bete ko lekr...kya kru?

Cough along with Cold most of the time is a  viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful .
cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be given onlrry after a proper evaluation by the doctor according to the type of cough.
if fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce fthe fever and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .
