Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy7 months agoA. Hello my dear parent! Teeth might start coming out at around 18 to 24 months in few babies. Nothing to worry as long as the child is healthy and active. Continue feeding your baby well on demand. Consult your doctor for further advice.
