bacche me complete 20 milk teeth ka set 36 months tak ki age me aata hai.
kuch baccho me ye thoda late hota hai aur normal condition hai iss k liye tension na le.

Na It is not required your child has got two teeth as of now so slowly gradually others will also come so do not worry about it because certain times that it can come late but it can come up till the age of 18 months properly so you still have time so there is no hurry about it so just have patience
