Aap अपने बच्चे को पेट के बल चला सकते हो पर ध्यान रखें क्योंकि बच्चा सा ऊपर नहीं उठा सकता ख़ुद से तो एक बार करवट सीधे तरफ़ सर नीचे रखें एक बार उल्टी तरफ़ बस रखें क्योंकि अगर आप 1 ही तरफ़ से सर को नीचे रखेंगे तो बच्चे का असर उस तरफ़ से चपटा हो जाएगा तो ये बहुत ज़रूरी है कि आप इस चीज़ पर ज़रूर ध्यान दें
