Mera baby 7 month 22 days ka hai. Use gastro hua hai. Gastro me pet foog jata hai kya? Gases jane ke liye kya kr sakte hai ya konsi antibatiq de sakte hai?

If your baby is having gastric issues then you can give colicaid drops. Still you baby doesn’t get relief then you have to consult with your doctor about it because your doctor can advise you will after examining baby. You can also apply Babyhug hing roll on.
