A. बुखार के लिए बच्चे को पेरासिटामोल दिया जा सकता है जो जरूरत पड़े तो दिन में 4 बार दिया जा सकता है और अगर 2 दिन के बाद भी बुखार नहीं उतरता है तो डॉक्टर से मिलिए
