Food is given as per the need and appetite of the child so you have to start with little portion if your child demands more you can add little more portion into that so there is no fixed amount of food that I can tell you that this is the food that you should give this is the amount that you should give because every child has its own appetite and they eat as per their need appetite and hunger that time
