if your baby is otherwise healthy and active then no need to worry about it.
Always make sure to try and make your baby burp after feeding. This problem decreases with age and most probably will go totally after 7-8 months of age

hello mom this is called Reflux which is very normal in newborn babies so there is nothing to worry about at all just make sure to make your baby burp after every feed if otherwise baby is active and healthy and playful and having his feed properly on regular intervals and passing urine properly then there is nothing to worry about
