Mam , Yesterday my 4th month baby got vaccinated . but she is dull and not talking . she got little bit of cold. is there any problem of that

A. Vaccination sometimes kids get fever also and then you continue to give paracetamol to the child which makes them a little dull which is completely normal otherwise if the child when the child is awake feeding properly then there is no problem it’s a normal scenario if you do not see getting better within two or three days and you can consult the doctor
