mam mere 2 kids hai or mere ghar par senda salt khaya jata hai kya baccho k liye ye safe nd thik hai.. ya unko iodine salt hi khilayu

A. Ma’am iodine salt is very important to be taken these days lot of things I’ve changed everybody is following what they see on the reels and all but iodine is important which is why this iodine salt has been introduced in the market way back otherwise people in India were suffering with goiter you should not Give regular salt you should prefer salt with iodine
