I m not giving my baby any salt or sugar till now..is there any possibility that he will lack in iodine as salt contains iodine..if is it then how can I compensated it with...pls help

A. hi, the required amount will get from daily meal. so it's good to give after 1 year if age n better to avoid sugar as long as possible.

A. Hello dear parent! Not required and not advisable as breastmilk and formula milk has all the required nutrients. Give your baby 3 meals and water along with daily milk intake. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil
