I m not giving my baby any salt or sugar till now..is there any possibility that he will lack in iodine as salt contains iodine..if is it then how can I compensated it with...pls help

A. hi, the required amount will get from daily meal. so it's good to give after 1 year if age n better to avoid sugar as long as possible. tc.

A. Hello dear parent! Not required and not advisable as breastmilk and formula milk has all the required nutrients. Give your baby 3 meals and water along with daily milk intake. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil
