mam I don't have a enough milk.please tell how to increase breast milk ..4 month baby

Shabnam SheikhMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hi ..Breast milk works on demand and supply, the more u nurse ur baby the more milk it will produce, so keep feeding frequently.
Dates, nuts like almond, cashew, walnut, pista, coconut, a glass of milk with dry fruit powder, lentils or dal, a spoonful of methi daily, should be added in your diet to increase breastmilk supply.
You may take Zandu Shatavari powder daily two times with milk .
