AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there, Ma’am. Please do not worry about it too much. Please eat only home-made and fresh food and avoid outside and  maida food and oily food. Please do at least 30 minutes walk daily.  Also drink Shaadmani Blue fusion green tea which is good for weight loss
