Q.
m pregnant 5m with kidney stone stuck in urine tube 14mm dr asked me do go for urine culture i did that n report came have klebsiella pnuemoneia so i visited urologist n my gynaec they both told me for surgery bt they also said anesthesia will harm my baby that its 50 50 chances of survival of my baby den i took second opinion from other n physician and gynaec they told me no need for surgery i can continue pregnancy with antibiotic for 9m den can go for surgery m totally confuse what to do plz doctor help me

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. you can go for medicines at present and postpone surgery after delivery for further advice in this regard you better consult your doctor for physical examination investigations if required then only proper treatment can be given and advise also in this regard
