You can give quinoa, chickpeas and broccoli. Also, whole legumes, dal’s, sprouts, beans in your baby’s diet. These are good sources of proteins. Along with breast milk, include curd, paneer, cheese. You should also give powdered nuts.

protein rich foods as pulses dals soyabean tofu
slowly and gradually increase the intake
