Engage child in outdoor activities like playing jumping dancing swimming football cycling skipping so that child gets hungry
Avoid screen time , limit to 1 hour only daily
Donot give binge feed with Biscuits bread chocolates chips sugary drinks packaged foods

Give three meal and two snacks
It’s all normal
Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
