Okay mam the basic symptoms of science that you are talking about are associated with hair growth the first sign of the hair growth under arm in the pubic region can be seen if you see that kind of a situation you know that the puberty is very close to hit it can happen any time after the age of 7 1/2 to 8 years these age because the girls are reaching puberty it’s very alarming but if you see any of these symptoms you know it is about to happen so this is something which is basic for you to see and if it happens by the age of 11 to 12 years it is considered normal but below that it’s not good if you see under that then you should immediately visit your doctor
