its been 1n half month after my c section can i use a belt ?r any remedies to reduce belly fat

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. well you can wear a belt no harm in that. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

avoid taking trans fat in your diet and take more healthy nutritious food with plenty of fluids
