Egg cooked at home is safe. even fish or chicken cooked at home is safe
Try to avoid fatty fish as it may contain mercury
use small fishes
Boiling , roasting are healthy ways to cook. do not fry the nonveg foods
shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mum if you do not have any particular health issue during the pregnancy then there's definitely you can eat chicken and eggs during the pregnancy but in the Limited quantity and fishes also can be taken but avoid the fish which is having higher amount of Mercury unit you can confirm with the gynecologist because every individual is different
