it's been 87 days post c section delivery when can I start workout my stiches had healed post 2weeks of surgery

A. start at 6 month.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too dailySee you can show to a gynac and get the right opinion as it needs examination and check up in person.

A. Hello dear parent! Ideally it is advisable to start exercising after 6 months. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Be physically active as much as possible. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care.
