Q.

it's been 7 months after C-section and my belly button and stomach is still same when I was pregnant. is this normal?

A. The belly button protruding outside? If yes then it could be a case of umbilical hernia and for that you have to consult a surgeon. After six months post surgery you have to work out to lose a tummy fatWrite Your Answer Here
