hi mam after c section my belly button came out.. I didn't put belt bez of c sec .. now 5mths completed but still my belly button was outside ..how to reduce tummy and belly button

A. hi mom u should start exercising to reduce your tummy and weight .. start dieting take protein rich diet low fat and low sugar .. avoid junk fried foods ..
