ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist8 months agoA. There should not be any swelling in the vagina or over the vagina at any time during pregnancy. If there is spelling of external genitalia, then there is a probability of hypertension, complicating pregnancy, and you have to consult your doctor immediately
