Q.

is mucusy green poop normal in exclusive breastfed babies ? my baby has at least one green poop in a day and other poops in a day are mustard in color. sometimes the poop is green with mucus like strings is it normal ?

A. In most of the cases it is normal but in certain cases there could be a chance of stomach infection which is why you can see mucus into the poop of your child so it has been continuous for more than a week it would be advisable for you to get it checked with your paediatrician
