Hi mam yes mam I suggest you take two Leptadin tablets twice a day with glass of milk it is very helpful I personally experience about this you can take aswagnha powder or satavari granules with glass of milk daily please include green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your diet
