Q.

I have delivered twins on 28th Aug 2024. Milk supply was good after that but after stitches cut doc has given few med after that milk supply is less even no milk is coming when I Pump. Taking all necessary diet. Kindly help? Taking lactonic granuales as well

A. hi mom dont worry comsult your doctor as to help in increasing milk for babies soon have shatavari powder in milk hydrate yourself well have proteins in each meals
