Q.
is it true that if a breastfeeding mom wash their hands with cold water or drink normal water instead of warm water baby will catch cold . or its a Myth

if you will use cold water you can catch cold..and droplet infections can pass to baby...
give only breastmilk till completion of six months

You can have normal water. if your breastfeeding you should avoid having chocolate, spices,caffeine, citrus fruits and their juices, Avoid gassy foods too like cabbage cauliflower as it will trigger baby. Ensure not to add not much oil and spice. Avoid green tea and other heat foods. Avoud cold foods
