is it safe to use menstrual cup while sleeping... Actually I want to switch to menstrual cup so I hv some doubt?

Yes. you can use it and it's very comfortable to wear it during sleeping
maintain hygiene
Take sunbath daily
Take good nutrititous diet including probiotics miillets and citrus fruits
