RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl9 months agoA. It’s heavy to digest so you can avoid it for some days and you can have it probably after 30 days of your C-section I don’t see any problem with that in general but some people say that it wouldn’t be very healthy because it can create a lot of gas
