is it ok to breastfeed my baby while laying down...???

Prolonged feeding in that position might hurt your back and spoil your seating procedure. Try to sit with a good back support while breastfeeding. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby.
