is it necessary to put some oil on baby boy penis to open it?

Yes you should apply coconut oil or almond oil after giving bath. No it is not necessary to keep it open but it is good to keep the infection away. Rather than this there is no need to apply oil all the time just one or two times in a week is more than enough.
