Is it mandatory to wear a maternity belt after C-section??what happens if i dont wear any?? will it increase my postpartum belly and fat??

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. no. but its supportive. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
