ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 month agoA. Namaste Mom Yes it is safe though as the hormonal does not have much effect on the babies though but it is recommended that you avoid feeding for about 3 to 4 hours after consuming

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl1 month agoA. Absolutely you can take it which ever you would want to take there is no problem in that case and in case of any doubt you can talk to your doctor about it and they will confirm that there is no problem in taking it during the time of breastfeeding
