is alcohol intake is safe for breastfeeding mother.. what is the safe way to consume..?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. if you are a breastfeeding mother you should maintain very good hygiene for yourself and take a proper meal and also these things can be taken of the generally not every time for more information consult your doctor
