infant ko one side sulane se problem hoga kya . he sleeps comfortably on his side. back pe soya to mu se ajib sound karta hai sometimes vomiting b karta hai.

A. Hi mom let the baby sleep in the position in which baby is comfortable sleeping. There is no problem in that. Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups for proper growth and development
