A. once in a while can have in limited amount.. have plenty of water or fluid intake, lods Of green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, dry fruits n nuts, milk n milk products , good source of proteins like eggs, all pulses, do continue iron, calcium folic acid is important supplement in pregnancy.

A. hi dear The building blocks of your meals and snacks should be: Fruits. Vegetables. Protein. Whole grains. Healthy fats and oils. Low-fat or fat-free pasteurized dairy. increased blood clot formation because of prolonged sitting. exposure to infections. unexpected miscarriage or pregnancy complications.
