if my is on breastfeeding and if I intake ice cream or cold drink then is my baby getting cold or cough?

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy3 years agoA. Hello good morning !! If you have cold causing foods more in diet , during evenings,nights, cold weather (frozen items,too much heat reducing fluids) then it results catching cold for you.
Then in that circumstances baby can catch cold easily that's why breast feeding mom's are suggested to take less heat reducing fluids, frozen foods.
Once a while it's ok to have.
