Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat cofntent increase.
You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should cybe avoided in excess and do regular exercise for muscle strengthening which should be gradually increased . Also take plenty of liquids and give proper breastfeeding to the baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .

You should go ahead with a proper diet and work out which is what is going to help in reduction of the upper body weight so it would be good if you do that if you take a diet from a dietician that is going to be much beneficial and exercise of your own choice
