Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase.
You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and do regular exercisre for muscle strengthening which should be gradually increased . Also take plenty rof liquids and give proper breastfeeding to the baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .

Firstly you have to wait till six months after C-section. Then only you can start doing basic exercise routine. Till the time you don’t have to do anything because it can affect your muscles and bones. You just have to maintain a proper diet till the time
