iam breast feeding c-section mom..I ate eggpuff is it ok?

A. Hello dear parent! A bite or two is okay. Please avoid outside foods. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all day while you’re breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care.
