Hello Doctor, Iam a breast feeding mother of 6months old bby boy...I had a c section...Can i eat frawns curry during breast feeding..

A. hi,Avoid taking seafood, Spicy food and flatulence causing food can cause a shift in your baby’s reaction,coffee,meet and non veg, Beans Cabbage Dairy products Onions Tomatoes Caffeine Chocolate Eggs Soy Wheat Peanuts Citrus food products,Processed food.
